Cruise up and step off your boat straight onto your private pontoon. You have arrived at a duplex right on the water. Here, living areas have views of the sun captured on the shimmering surface across the waves to yachts and motorboats sailing around Al Bandar. Other apartments increase in size from one to four bedrooms, all with balconies.
